Meet Kerry Carr
Principal Agent of the Carr & Co Team
In 2017, Kerry Carr left her 20-year career as a 5-Time Ivy League Championship Head Volleyball coach at the University of Pennslyvania to enter the real estate world. Kerry Carr had a record-breaking year when she first started in real estate, as her brokerage's National Rookie-of-the-Year. In 2019, she joined Compass, started a team, and began mentoring new agents coming into the business. With her background knowledge of personality types, running team members cohesiveness, and recruiting new team members, Kerry was a natural fit for running a successful real estate team.
With her econometrics and statistical background, she quickly realized that having systems, operational manuals, contracts, and transparency with team members was the key to success. These systems, combined with helping others to grow their own business, creating a collaborative approach, as well as develop a team ecosystem would benefit everyone on the team.
Developing this coaching program allows Kerry to share her successful approach with others. She wants to create Intentional Team Leaders and share different approaches, problems and solutions she faced while growing a team.
